Florida Maritime Partnership requests priority COVID-19 testing for mariners The Florida Maritime Partnership wrote to Florida Governor Ron DeSantis last week to request that all Florida COVID-19 testing sites give priority access to U.S. merchant mariners with an employer letter indicating an upcoming crew change.
